Independence
No vendor pays for coverage. Not for a review, not for a score, not for a position in a shortlist, not for a mention. No money has changed hands in either direction for any editorial decision on this site, and if that ever changes it will be disclosed on the affected page before publication.
No vendor sees a review before it publishes. We do not send drafts for approval, we do not accept “corrections” that are really requests to soften a verdict, and we do not remove a Skip verdict because a vendor asks.
Affiliate commissions do not influence verdicts. Some links here earn a commission. The commission is identical whether we call a tool excellent or terrible, and we publish Skip verdicts on products we could otherwise earn from. Full detail in the affiliate disclosure.
We do not accept guest posts or sponsored articles.
How verdicts are reached
The method is documented in full at how we test. In summary: we verify the marketplace listing and screenshot it with a date, check the vendor’s own current pricing rather than the marketplace’s struck-through figure, compare the lifetime tier’s limits against the paid plan it claims to replace, weigh the published buyer evidence by volume as well as rating, and show the break-even arithmetic with its assumptions.
Verdicts are Buy, Consider or Skip. Every review states who should skip the product, and that section is never left empty.
Sourcing and accuracy
Every figure is attributed. Prices, tiers, ratings and review counts name their source in the text — the marketplace product page or the vendor’s own pricing page.
We do not fill gaps with estimates. Where a vendor publishes no verifiable price, the review says the figure is unknown rather than guessing. Where two sources disagree, we say so and explain which we relied on.
We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind. One product was left out of our shortlists entirely because its marketplace rating appeared as 1.80 stars in structured data while the visible page said “no reviews yet.” We could not resolve it, so we published neither number.
We do not claim experience we do not have. Reviews based on verification and analysis say so. Reviews based on extended hands-on use will say that instead, and will carry original screenshots from inside the product.
Use of AI
AI tools are used in research and drafting. Every published page is reviewed by a human before it goes live, every factual claim is checked against a named source, and responsibility for what appears here rests with the named publisher above — not with a tool.
Corrections
We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
If you find an error, email admin@lifetimedealhq.com with the page and what you’re seeing. We verify it, fix it within two business days, and add a dated correction note to the page where the error changed the meaning — a wrong price, a wrong tier limit, a wrong verdict. Silent edits are reserved for typos and broken links.
Deals rotate weekly. Every page carries a “last verified” date, live deals are re-checked on a cycle, and ended deals are marked rather than left online showing a dead price.
